Payout missing

If you have not received a payment when you expected a payment, there may be several reasons for this.

  • Make sure the transaction has status drawn in Dintero Backoffice. An order that is only authorized will not be paid out until it is drawn.
  • On card payment (Visa and MasterCard) you will probably have one sales limit (buffer) of NOK 5,000. No money is paid out until you pass this amount. Contact our support if you want to remove this buffer.
  • Have you done returns which means that the total for the payment period ends up below the sales limit, this will result in the payment being postponed until you pass the sales limit.
  • The transaction may happen was not drawn in time to be paid on this payment date. See this spring payout overview when you can expect to be paid based on when the order was drawn.
  • Do you have changed account number in the bank without us having registered this, you will be contacted by us when we find out that the payment did not arrive, so that we can change the account number for you.
