If you have not received a payment when you expected a payment, there may be several reasons for this.
- Make sure the transaction has status captured in Dintero Backoffice. An order that is only authorized will not be paid out until it is captured.
- Some of our new customers are configured with extra payout delay. You should have been informed if that is the case for you, but contact support if you suspect you have a payout delay.
- If you have made refunds for more than your other sales in the sales period, this will result in the payment being postponed until you surpass the sales deficit.
- If you have changed your account number in the bank without telling us, you mist let us know so we can pay to the new account.
