Payout frequency
Daily payouts are only available in EUR and the currency of the country where your bank is located, for example NOK for a Norwegian bank account.

The date the merchant completed the order and captured the payment, usually when the goods were shipped.
Norwegian banking days always apply. For Sweden and Denmark, local banking days are also included.
From capture to payout
CapturedThe payment has been completed and captured. This date starts the payout calculation.

Expected payoutDintero transfers the funds to your bank account, provided Dintero receives the funds from the payment partners on time. Your bank may need time to process the incoming payment, although the funds are usually available on the same day Dintero sends the payout.

    Dintero offer Weekly payouts as default payout frequency. You may also choose Monthly payouts if needed. Daily payouts are also available for a monthly fee of 395 kr.

    Due to processing time and AML procedures, it takes at least 2 business days from we receive the money from the customer's bank (or our invoice partners) until we can generate a payout.

    *The term "Payout delay" refers to a deliberate delay of your payouts assigned by our Risk department in certain cases. If this applies to you, you will have been informed in the onboarding process.
    Note: It's the moment a transaction is completed (captured) which matters in terms of when you'll receive your payout – not when the end-customer is placing their order.
