Orders stuck on "On hold" in WooCommerce

This shows how to force a status change in WooCommerce if the order is stuck on "On hold".

An order can get stuck on "On hold" in WooCommerce if the order is different in WooCommerce than what has been received in Dintero Backoffice. The cause of this error could be due to different order amount or if the order items have been changed.

You can force an order to the desired status by doing the following steps:

  1. Open 2 tabs: One with plugin overview ([your-domain.com]/wp-admin/plugins.php) and one with the order in WooCommerce.
  2. Disable the Dintero plugin
  3. Set order to desired order status
  4. Enable the Dintero plugin again

Make sure you check the order in Dintero Backoffice as well. The amount that is captured in Dintero is the amount you will get paid (minus transaction fees).
